Code of Conduct - Ethical Guidelines for Employees, Suppliers, and Partners

Verdo’s Code of Conduct is our behavioral code that serves as a guideline for good conduct throughout our value chain – both externally and internally. It is an important tool in our daily work, where we have to relate to many aspects of our environment. This includes complying with laws, international standards, and ethical and moral codes.

Our Code of Conduct closely aligns with our values and is also a strong signal to our suppliers, customers, and other partners about what we expect from them and the requirements we set in our cooperation.

The code consists of 11 fundamental principles that apply both internally and externally. At Verdo, we hold ourselves to the same standards that we expect our partners to comply with. The 11 principles are divided into three topics, each corresponding to our work with ESG – environment, social, and governance.
