Terms and conditions for newsletter
When you sign up for Verdo's newsletter, you consent to us using your email and any name and company name to send you emails with relevant news, offers on our products and services, competitions, information on activities in Verdo and other similar marketing. We also track whether you open our newsletters. We apply the legal basis cf. the Data Protection Regulation article 6, paragraph 1, point a: Consent.

Who is allowed to use my consent?
The Verdo Group consists of a number of different companies* and as your consent is being filed centrally, it is available and may be used by the aforementioned companies. When you sign up for the newsletter, you also consent to that your email address is shared across said companies for the purpose of marketing activities limited and customized to your profile. The Verdo Group operates within many lines of business and we see to, that you only receive newsletters from the company and/or the areas of interest, which you have signed up for.

Who will my data be transferred to?
The Verdo Group uses a number of subcontractors to host IT solutions, which solely process data on behalf of Verdo. In addition, Mailchimp can be used to send out newsletters. Mailchimp is located in the United States (uncertain third country) but is a member of the US Privacy Shield and thus guarantees secure processing of personal data.

How do I unsubscribe?
You can at any time unsubscribe the newsletter and withdraw your consent. A quick and easy way is to use the unsubscribe link, which is always available in the newsletter – or by sending us an email directly to kunde@verdo.com
